Got my 4-year-old cat neutered through Supertails recently, and the entire experience was incredibly smooth… They walked me through the pre-surgery requirements (like fasting timelines) and kept me updated throughout the process. The surgery went perfectly, and the post-op care guidance they provided was clear and easy to follow.

Had a great experience at Supertails Indiranagar Clinic. Dr. Meenu was excellent with the treatment and explained each and every point very clearly and patiently. The care and attention given to my pet were really reassuring.

Got my cat's vaccinated for the first time. She's an anxious cat but the staffs handled so well that she was calm even while getting injected and the whole ambience was super nice too.

When I called, all the appointment slots were already booked, but after I explained it was an emergency, they immediately accommodated my pet… The doctor examined my pet thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and did not recommend any unnecessary tests or treatments.

…Visited Supertails Pet Clinic, Indiranagar today with my dog, Cherry, for microchipping. The clinic was very clean and hygienic, and the staff were friendly and supportive… We had a great experience. Highly recommended!

Took my cat to Supertails Indiranagar for grooming (bath, trimming, drying, and the full spa treatment)… The team was incredibly patient, gentle, and clearly knew how to handle cats. My cat, who usually isn’t this calm even with me, was surprisingly relaxed throughout the session.

The staff was very gentle and professional, and my pet came back clean and well-groomed. Most importantly they do pre-assessment before taking the pet inside the grooming room to ensure the pet is healthy and recommendation on the shampoo's depending on the skin type.
